    Dear Valued Hoop Community,

    There has been some confusion as it relates to Hoop’s current capabilities, specifically centered around facial recognition features. For the past year, we have been developing this capability and anticipated being able to offer it to you, our valued customer, with the purchase of our innovative Hoop Cam and Cam Plus. Initially, our plan was to charge a small monthly subscription fee for this service, but we’ve come to realize that while we have perfected the technology, the costs associated with maintaining it, is significantly higher than we anticipated. In an effort to deliver on our promise to you, our beloved customer we are in the process of developing a local hub that will offset some of the costs. Please bear with us as we continue to explore the various possibilities with the hopes of being able to offer facial recognition and other ‘smart’ features to you, to be used along with your Hoop Home system.
