What do I do if I forgot my password?


On the login page of the Hoop Home application on your smartphone, you will see a link that says “Forgot password?” Click on that link to reset your password. For any additional issues, or if you no longer have access to the email you used to sign up with Hoop, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or by calling 1-888-243-HOOP.
